Buy coins, check orders, and manage monthly plans.
Choose a purchase option
Check the recharge page for current prices, coin amounts, expiration, and renewal terms before choosing.
- Monthly plan
- Renews automatically each month and grants a cycle allowance. It does not stack with the free cycle allowance; additional one-time purchases are available.
- One-time purchase
- Adds purchased coins without automatic renewal or cycle expiration.
Payment and order status
Pending payment, paid, and fulfilled are different statuses. If a paid order has not been credited, refresh its status before making another purchase. Returning to the page does not place a new order.
Unpaid orders can be canceled. Canceling an unpaid order is not a refund.
- Choose a plan or purchase amount and check the price and contents.
- Complete payment on the payment page, then return to Yuki.
- Check payment records for the order status and credited amount.
Renewal and cancellation
Monthly plans renew automatically. Cancellation keeps the current cycle active and stops the next renewal. Resuming renewal does not grant the current cycle’s allowance again.
Upgrade and downgrade
An upgrade charges the full new plan price and starts a new cycle. The old cycle’s remaining allowance keeps its original expiration.
A downgrade takes effect next cycle and can be canceled before it starts. Review the displayed price, timing, and allowance changes before submitting.
