Review monthly usage, orders, and settlement statuses.

Two record types

Switch record types in Usage & billing. Payments and usage are separate: a purchase does not mean the same amount has already been spent.

Usage records
Charges from play, playtests, image generation, and other usage.
Payment records
Payment orders for one-time purchases, monthly plans, and related purchases.

Filter and summarize

Select a month and filter usage by All, Reading, or Images. Reading includes text generation during World experiences.

The total covers all records matching the current filters, not only those currently loaded. Load more to inspect additional records.

Inspect a usage record

Open a record to inspect its model, source, billable usage, and amounts. Assessed, collected, and outstanding charges are shown separately.

Records may be pending, settled, under review, awaiting collection, or canceled. Amounts still being processed or reviewed may not be final; a failed operation does not by itself imply zero cost.

Inspect payment records

Payment records show the purchased item, price, coins, and status. If your balance has not updated after purchase, check whether the order is paid and fulfilled here.
